San Francisco, California is a rather popular city in the United States of America. It is a popular tourist attraction and has a rather highly concentrated population of people.
Setting: 6 PM. Friday, April 1st
More than 50 of Metahumans with a wide range of powers have appeared within San Francisco. They have begun raiding the City and stealing anything that they please. Ultimately, they are causing chaos all throughout San Francisco, and there doesn't seem to be any obvious objective. The strangest thing about this occurrence is that all of these metahumans wear strange face paint which closely resembles that of the Joker. Could the Joker have something to do with this?
In order to join the event, all that you need to do is post here that you would like to participate. Sign up as a hero or villain, regardless even if you are neutral. Heroes would most likely join in order to fight off the Joker's men. Villains may join to participate in the chaos, considering all of the police and many of the heroes are so overwhelmed and preoccupied. Please only sign up one character.

I was trying to decide between entering Question or the Joker, but then I thought "forget it, what's a party without the guest of honor?"
Joker's in it to win it for the villains, yeah! Or at least cause a lot of chaos and anarchy. Whichever one comes first.
