Alright, then, let's get this up and running!
First, a summary of the character:
Meet Geist, a recently escaped experiment of the military to create the perfect psychic super-soldier. He has no recollection of his past at all, and now seeks answers regarding his identity. His neutrality is only made through a conscious decision, not one of insecurity. If a side were to present him with a logical reason to join them, then he would.
Now for the fun stuff!
Friends: Geist has absolutely none of these, mostly because they're all dead in the riots that led to his escape and the memory loss that followed him. He would make friends with absolutely anyone, provided that they don't try to kill or apprehend him. Villain, hero, it doesn't matter.
Enemies: Again, same with the friends. Geist could make enemies out of practically anyone because of his insistence on neutrality. He could do something considered villainous by the heroes, and then he could do something too heroic for the tastes of the villains.
Paramour: Lovers, well... Complicated part here. Geist had a romantic past with a girl from the lab where she and him were made into psychics, but he doesn't know her anymore or where she is, or even if she's alive. He is looking for her, so it would be nice if he found her, but even he doubts it. Geist likes women that aren't just push-overs and just do what they want. It doesn't mean he likes villainesses only, but a strong heroine would also appeal to him. More than anything, a romantic link to a girl would certainly cause his neutrality to shift to a side.
