Powers and Abilities:

• Genius Level Intellect: Despite being a complete psychopath, the Joker has an intellect that far surpasses everyday normal people and unstimulated Genuis-level humans. This is due in part to the Joker serum accelerating all of the chemical reactions in his body, including the parts of the brain (explaining his rampant mood swings and psychopathic tendencies.) His level of knowledge in chemicals, engineering, machinery, physics, and quantum field theory are nigh second to none. Then again, by his rampant raging you would never guess this to be the case. This knowledge leads to some truly deadly and devastating weapons and devices used by the Joker.
  
  
• Cheating Death / Pain Tolerance: The Joker just never quits, this is a quit literal power in that the Joker has the uncanny ability to survive nearly anything. Be it an explosion, being shot, sliced up, he just keeps on ticking. His resistance for pain is another aspect of his terrorizing persona, often leading people to think he is a monster. His healing factor is superhuman as well due to his body's acceleration with the highly concentrated Joker serum. The serum allows his body to repair itself at several thousand times the magnitude and time with which it takes a human body to repair, even vital organs can be regrown with time.
  
  
• Master Combatant: The Joker, while not being formally trained in any real martial art or weapon, has the uncanny ability to fight on par with even the greatest of the greats using his sped up body in conjunction with his sped up mind he is able to preform incredible feats of physical aptitude, marksmanship, endurance and strength. Though he prefers his gadgets, if need be, he can get into a scrap or two.

The new Joker shares the same pure white complexion as the former Joker, without the clown-esque coloring. His incredibly pale white skin and inverted eyes give him and even more freakish complexion the flour white hair isnt helping his cause much either. His face and body type are that of a young, athletic twenty year old. Lean, slim but packing a lot of strength in his tendons and muscles that are rarely worked by people. An inch of two shy of six feet tall, five eleven to be exact. Always seen with the trademark grin on his face for the most part, though his face isn't by any means stuck in that position.

Attire is a bit of a modern interpretation of his predecessor, a purple vest with a small flower attached to the lapel (danger: keep away) a green tie underneath with small yellow vertical stripes. Underneath that is a plain green shirt. Combined with the vest is purple dress pants and dress shoes to match. His attire is strikingly plain but has many secret pockets hidden within where he can hide his various gadgets and gizmo's with which to use against his enemies, namely Batman and the Boy Wonder.

Personality:

The Joker has been driven stark raving mad due to the effects of the serum that gave him his moniker. The extent of his psychosis in incredible, showing severe cases of Schizophrenia, thought disorder, multiple personality disorder, dissociative identity disorder among other things all rolled into one. The Joker is just looking for a laugh, as he puts it, and his trademark cackle is something of a calling card for him in that when the citizens of Gotham hear it they understand to run.

Clearly a Sociopath, the Joker shows no remorse in killing innocent people and often describes it as fun. This also leads into his habit of raping woman when he is bored. The Joker shows complete domination over his lackeys but isn't above telling them a joke or two. Failure is not an option for the Joker and if his task isn’t completed exactly as he sees it then he will torture and murder his own men who failed the task. He is a fear monger.

The Joker has many personalities however, easily switching from that of a clear cut sociopath to a more whimsical child-like version of himself. Constantly telling jokes, even if they are bad, initiating childrens games like tag and red rover (often with a sinister twist like, playing tag with grenades) and going to amusement parks much to the dismay of the civilians who's day he ruins.

He has a clear cut fascination for Batman and as such the main motivation behind most of his crimes is to lure the Caped Crusader into a confrontation. The Joker only wants to make Batman laugh, just once, a real laugh too not a fabricated one. Of course Batman never plays into his game and as such their ongoing battle continues to this day.

Inventory:

• Joker Gas Flower: On his Lapel is a flower that shoots a large, lethal shot of Joker Gas (the gaseous form of his incredibly potent Joker Serum.) Very few antidotes of the serum exist and even just inhaling a small amount causes the victim to writhe in pain as their face contours into a twisted and sinister smile before the serum literally tears the body apart from the inside out from acceleration (the Joker is obviously immune to the effect.) The flower is activated with a pump located in his sleeve.
  
• Electro Shock Buzzer: A modification of a past Joker technology, the new Joker compacted the design into a ring and increased the voltage significantly inducing a cooking effecting rather than a heart stopping jolt. The Joker has one buzzer on each of his hands and primarily works it into his melee combat. the voltage is enough to take down an Elephant for all intensive purposes.
  
• Various Firearms: The Joker at least always keep on him his magnum revolver painted the same purple as that which adorns his outfit. The pistole is a .44 caliber round and the rounds themselves are hollow point for maximum damage. The gun can also fire special joker serum pellets that work much like his flow except in a localized area. He has been known to pick up any gun however and wield it proficiently.
  
• Explosives: On hand at any given time the Joker is known to have varying sizes and types of explosive. His favorite of all being flash bang grenades of which he uses abundantly. He also carries a wide variety of normal grenades and C4 with him at all times. The grenades are his own specific design and are smaller than their commonly used counterpart while at the same time being twice as potent. They are stored inside of his vest.
  
• Vials of Concentrated Joker Serum: The Joker has a tendency to want to “spread the love” of his insanity so-to-speak. He will sometimes directly inject this serum into strangers and watch them under the effects just for laughs. It can also be used in combat, when rubbed against an open wound or spit in his enemies face it has the same psychotic effect but in a fast acting concentrated form.
